I work in an old house converted into an office:



They've been doing construction next door for like EVER - very noisy, my window is ab out 20 feet away from the small fence separating the properties.

I am going freaking insane. INSANE!!!! It sounds like someone is over there banging on pots & pans (like I used to do on New Years as a kid) - they do it ALL DAY LONG. Once in a while it stops for about 30 seconds, and I feel this wonderful sense of relief - it's finally over. Then, it starts up again. This is the third day. I'm either going to go NUTS, or kill someone, we'll see how the day progresses.

Yesterday my boss gave me his tickets to the Portland Trailblazers/Lakers game at the Rose Garden. He's still in trial and couldn't go. They were FRONT ROW CENTER COURT SEATS!!!!

Holy crap, I've never been that close in my life. It was absolutely amazing. The TB's actually decided to play last night, and almost beat them. It was a great game. I got to see Kobe UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL. I now have a Kobe crush - he's hot! I can't believe I just said that, but yep, definitely a hottie. Maybe it's just because he's a Philly boy :o)
