Do you do it in your living room?
I'm talking about, if you have teenage kids---providing them (and possibly their friends) with alcohol, so that you can keep them home, and safe, and control the amount they drink? I've heard of many parents who do this; they feel it's the safest way for their underage, teenage sons and daughters to drink, knowing full well they're gonna do it anyway, somewhere else, which can definitely be more dangerous.
I'm a little torn about this. We all know most, if not all, teenagers are going to party and drink now and again. It's obviously illegal for them to do it, but do teenagers always do the right thing? Fuck no! would be my guess. In a way I can understand why parents would could justify doing this. If their kids ARE going to drink anyway, at least they, as parents, won't be up all night worrying about where they are, what they're doing, if they're driving drunk, or with someone else who is, who they're screwing and too drunk to remember protection... I mean, how many teenagers die each year from either driving drunk, alcohol poisoning, or alcohol-related accidents? Would or could these deaths be prevented if they drank at home, in more of a controlled environment? I know these senseless deaths and accidents could also be prevented if the kids, of course, didn't drink in the first place. But, is that realistic? I mean, REALLY????
What do you think?

On another note, here's my answers Fleece!
1. If you could do ONE criminal act without any consequences but could not keep any of the rewards (like if you were going to steal, you couldn't keep the money), what crime would you commit?
I'd walk right up to our dear mentally-challenged president and slap him right across the face. Who knows, maybe it'll wake up something.
2. How would you define 'freedom' as an adult? How did you define it as a teenager?
As an adult - well, watch Braveheart and that'll tell you everything you need to know. As a teen, something totally different. Being free of nagging, strict parents who seemed to have some problem with me going out, partying with strangers, and coming home when the sun comes up ;)
3. If you were going to cook for your favorite sports hero/idol, who would it be and what would you prepare?
Let's just say it involves Javy Lopez and a lot of whipped cream
4. Technology is very much a part of our daily life, what technology could you give up permanently?
The fax machine. God, how I hate the fax machine.
5. In the first five minutes of getting up in the morning, what do you think of before you open your eyes?
Who the hell is that lying next to me? :op (Just kidding!)
